Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused, unworn and in its unopened, original packaging, with the seal still on it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please, note that you are responsible for any return costs. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the costs associated with postage, packaging, and insurance for the return of goods, as these are considered direct expenses, unless the items received were incorrect or defective.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please, inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Should the item be unsatisfactory (defective, damaged or incorrect), we will fully refund our customers including the return costs up to a maximum of £4.
Any claims for shortages or damaged items will only be accepted if received in writing within 24 hours of the delivery date. On receipt of this notification, we will conduct a full investigation before informing you of the outcome. Please note that any returns in these cases must be accompanied by the original packaging. We would require photographic evidence for any damages.
After the investigation is concluded we will inform you of our decision whether you need to return the items and we will either arrange a replacement or provide a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please, remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund too.
